I have used Woodhall Properties twice to sell houses, and on both occasions have been impressed with the level of service that they offered. The sales brochures and photographs were to a good standard, and they were efficient at chasing solicitors for regular sales progress updates. I work within the industry myself and find that a lot of estate agents don't chase solicitors on a regular basis, which is very frustrating! From accepting an offer to legal completion took 10 weeks, which is quite good, particularly as it was taking 6 weeks for mortgage offers to be processed ar the time. When I come to sell my current property it will definitely be through Woodhall Properties, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services (Oct 24)
